Route 88 to Route 81S. Route 81 to Route 17W towards Endicott/Elmira.
Take exit 67N Endicott, get into left hand land and go straight
until sign "Shopping District Washington Ave.", take
a left at light onto Monroe Ave. Go down two(2) blocks, take
left onto Washington Ave. Go 1 1/2 blocks (just past traffic
light). Dr. Bleier's office is the white building between St'
Ambrose Church and Wendy's Restaurant, just opposite the U.S.
Post Office.
