MINIMALLY INVASIVE PATENTED THERAPEUTIC SURGICAL AND NON-SURGICAL APPROACHES TO TREAT THE ENTIRE PLANET

Let me tell you what my hygienists and I do for achieving minimally invasive non-surgical and surgical procedures to restore periodontal health and help make your patients and yourself happier with magic like results. These innovations are the latest most advance techniques on the planet allowing hygienists to be the master clinicians they are trained to be.

Below is what my research and clinical practice is about and my newly patented pharmaceutical and surface finishing technologies are in various medical and non-medical fields worldwide. Truly minimally invasive!

Let me give you an example of what my hygienists and I do routinely and minimize and mostly eliminate surgical needs with new bone regeneration and new epithelial/connective tissue re-attachment. This occurs routinely even with cases with 8-10 mm pocketing and 80-90 % alveolar bone loss and is well documented.

For example, a new patient walks into my office with a complaint of bad breath with sore and bleeding gums and teeth that are loose, cold sensitive, extruding and drifting, and painful to chew on. The patient was also told they have deep periodontal pockets. The patient is told that the disease is so severe that the teeth need to come out. We perform a comprehensive clinical periodontal examination and medical/ dental history and find that the bacteria on the roots of the teeth are so aggressive that they are resulting in an exaggerated amount of bone loss for the teeth. At the first treatment visit, our hygienists and I comfortably, begin the removal of all the bacterial contaminants on the roots of the teeth until dental health is restored using the newly patented (Bio-Edge) Antimicrobial Gels that anesthetize and helps gently chemically condition the root surfaces during the Enhanced(TM) scaling and root planing periodontal deep cleaning for patient comfort. No need for injecting local dental anesthetics, topical lidocaine, novocaine or benzocaine. The patient is then prescribed only at the first treatment visit an antibiotic to be later taken at home. Within days, the bad breath is gone and the bleeding gums stop, and the teeth start to tighten. We then further treat the disease by this repeated cleaning and smoothing of the roots of the teeth with this conservative meticulous Bio-Edge (R) treatment using highly smoothly finished and sharpened cutting edges on all of our hand curettes and scalers by using the CET Honing Channel(R) Bio-Edge Sharpening Systems throughout the course of therapy. Depending on the periodontal disease severity, some teeth may require up to 4-5 visits of this repeated periodontal therapeutic site specific interventions.

Therapy consists of removing remaining tartar and bacterial Biofilms and their contaminants, and creating smooth approximately 1-5 micron root surfaces to minimize bacterial (plaque) repopulation for better oral health and long term oral hygiene by the patient. Now even these teeth that presented with severe mobility tighten up.

With the use of the above patented and patent pending methods, enhanced repair with new long junctional epithelial and connective tissue migration along the entire length of the diseased root with bone regeneration will routinely occur with little or no further gingival recession from initial periodontal comprehensive exam recordings.

Reduced morbidity has been observed and documented on hundreds of patients as part of an ongoing proprietary research study.

On average, only approximately 10 % of the teeth for any patient who presented initially with advanced generalized periodontal disease (that persists after Phase I periodontal treatment) will require periodontal flap regeneration surgery with bone growth enhancement factors for total pocket elimination, using for example, Gem 21-S.

Some of my Controlled(TM) Finishing, Shaping and Sharpening PATENTS are now available for orthopedics, neurosurgery and other fields of Medicine and Dentistry and multiple other fields including industrial manufacturing, with needed sharpening and shaping, such as hairdresser shears and scissors, professional and amateur ice skates to be used by the end user worldwide.

Other awarded patents are for innovative clinical treatment methods for the medical, dental-periodontal, veterinarian and medical/prosthetc/invasive procedures and implant diseases. Other filed patents are now filed under the Patent Treaty International Organization.

Similarly, Treatments can be further developed for a multiple of medical diseases or placement of medical implanted devices during initial placement with pharmacological antimicrobial gels or needed for potential prosthetic device infections that could develop with proper choice of any of the wide selection of antimicrobials and antibiotics now available worldwide in a formulary of drug compounding options.

Also, of key importance, "site specific oral hygiene instructions" are given for co-therapy to be forever performed by the patient and the clinician on behalf of treated subjects between visits and for successful long term maintenance care.

Remarkably, this technology is simple, effective for medical, dental, animals and can be performed in outer space, NASA, and by the military "in the field."

On July 15, 2024, I was informed and I am happy to announce that all worldwide pharmaceutical patents have been approved and accepted by the PCT and United States examiners for Medicine and Dentistry and Veternarian Medicine.

Most hygienists face challenges with dull instruments, impacting the quality of care they provide to patients and the injury to their hands, fingers and joints increasing risks of carpal tunnel syndrome and other medical conditions . The lack of time to properly sharpen, properly refine and refinish the cutting edges on the curettes and scalers to one micron as with the proper CET BIO-EDGE stone abrasives does not allow the clinician to adhere to global researched guidelines for scaling and root planing. Again, without properly refinishing, and refining the cutting edges on curettes and scalers as the finish created is well known to be replicated on the root surfaces of teeth compromises the effectiveness of your treatments aimed at reducing bacterial repopulation growth rates on tooth root surfaces. It's crucial to prioritize instrument maintenance to ensure optimal patient outcomes and prevent the onset of systemic diseases. #DentalHygiene #PatientCare #PreventativeDentistry
