We believe great dental care should be accessible and affordable. We are in network with the following insurance companies:
- Aetna
We will submit the claim to your insurance company on your behalf and provide you with an estimated out of pocket cost prior to treatment. We also submit claims to all other insurance companies: Sieba, Lifetime Benefits Solutions, Guardian, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Met Life and others.
Your insurance company will determine the amount of coverage and the difference in cost is your responsibility to pay.

Cancellations
Please allow at least 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment and avoid fees.
